Do you offer overnight or expedited delivery?
Yes. If you would like your item overnighted please e-mail me for a price listing. Larger items may not be eligible for overnight, but can be expedited. Please ask before you order!
What if a package is lost or damaged?
I ship all products with USPS or UPS so a tracking # or shipping confirmation comes with each purchase. Once the package is out of my hands, it is the buyer's responsibility to pick up item at the Post Office or UPS store if they are not home to receive the product. Please review the Terms section for my policy on refunds.
